How protocol works

HAOG Platform Overview

The HAOG platform operates on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token ($HAOG) and connects to Solana via a bridge, forming a dual-chain ecosystem. It relies on two core contracts and SOL bridge:

• Token Contract (CA): Manages the $HAOG ERC-20 token on Ethereum.

• Single-Sided Staking Contract: Enables $HAOG staking on Ethereum to earn $HAOG rewards.

• Bridge and SPL Token Contract: Bridges $HAOG to Solana as an SPL token, unlocking access to the HAOG Shares Marketplace for trading dNFTs (fractional shares of classic cars).

The $HAOG token is the ecosystem’s backbone, powering dApps for staking, fractional dividend rewards (in USDC), and premium rewards. Token holdings determine access to three tiers, which govern staking benefits and eligibility to purchase dNFTs in the Marketplace, creating a transparent system for classic car investment and passive income.

$HAOG tokens unlock features across three tiers:

• Tier 1: Premium access (e.g., 10,000 $HAOG) for rare collections (e.g., Ferrari 250 GTO) and maximum rewards.

• Tier 2: Mid-level access (e.g., 5,000 $HAOG) for higher-value cars and enhanced rewards.

• Tier 3: Entry-level access (e.g., 1,000 $HAOG) for base-tier cars and standard staking rewards.

This structure incentivizes $HAOG accumulation while balancing accessibility and exclusivity.

First Car Selection - Ferrari and Tokenization

Classic cars from Franz Hahn’s collection are appraised and tokenized on Solana as dynamic NFTs (dNFTs). Example:

• 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO:

  • Initial Value (2020): $40,000,000

  • Updated Value (2025): $50,000,000

  • Tokenization: 100 dNFTs minted, priced in USDC based on appraisals, with metadata reflecting real-time value.

Staking Contract (Ethereum)

The staking contract rewards $HAOG stakers with additional $HAOG across three tiers:

• Mechanics:

  • Presale Bonus: Participants staking with the same wallet post-TGE (e.g., April 1, 2025) receive +5% APY.

  • Staking Tiers:

    • Tier 1: 10,000 $HAOG, 12 months at 20% APY (25% for presale).

    • Tier 2: 5,000 $HAOG, 6 months at 15% APY (20% for presale).

    • Tier 3: 1,000 $HAOG, 3 months at 10% APY (15% for presale).

  • Reward Calculation Example: 10,000 $HAOG (Tier 1) staked for 12 months at 25% APY yields 2,500 $HAOG.

  • Bridge: Post-unstaking, $HAOG can be bridged to Solana for Marketplace access.

HAOG Shares Marketplace (Solana)

The Marketplace lists tokenized cars as dNFTs, with tiers determining ownership allocation.

• Total dNFTs: 245

• Three Tiers:

  • Tier 1: 25 dNFTs @ 10,000 USDC each = $250,000 (50%, 2% per dNFT).

  • Tier 2: 50 dNFTs @ 5,000 USDC each = $250,000 (50%, 0.8% per dNFT).

  • Tier 3: 150 dNFTs @ 1,000 USDC each = $150,000 (30%, 0.2% per dNFT).

Dynamic NFTs and Rewards

• Dynamic Features: dNFTs (nominally priced at 1 USDC) update metadata for car condition, value, and revenue.

• Fractional Dividends:

  • GTO Example: 3 Tier 1 dNFTs yield $40,000 USDC/year (2x multiplier).

• Premium OG Rewards: Presale stakers may receive bonus $HAOG or higher multipliers (e.g., 2.5x).
